Chocolate Milk Recipe

I made this recipe today with my son and the kids loved it! Its quick and easy to make and a great way to sneak in some healthy ingredients! 


I’ve had a jar of tahini in the house for a ages.  It’s a great source of protein,  B vitamins, vitamin E, iron and calcium. But, I hate the taste and so does everyone else in my family. This chocolate milk is great at hiding the taste and is lovely and chocolaty!


1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1 banana
2 C dairy free milk

Blend together the cocoa powder, tahini, honey, vanilla,  and banana with 1/2 C of the milk. Blend together until smooth. Add the remaining milk and blend till mixed together.

This recipes serves two as as I made a small amount to see if my kids would like. Will be making double this next time!
